Collections from the shop at 610 Sydney Road Brunswick are FREE and we can have your product ready in 24 hours or less, if we are open.

Costs

Shipping within Australia is free for purchases of $150 and over. For purchases under $150 shipping is $10 Australia-wide standard and $18 Express.
We use a courier service with tracking whenever possible (this is why we need a street address to send out your order). Parcels are sent via Australia Post (with tracking) if our courier does not cover a particular region/area.
Express orders are all sent via Australia Post.
At this stage we only ship internationally to New Zealand - $30 flat rate.

How quickly will you ship my order?
If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days after the order is received.

Please note that these are guidelines and shipping times can be longer due to the pandemic, extreme weather events and during high volume periods (e.g. Christmas).

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has shipped?

Shipping times vary:
metro areas usually 2–5 days
regional usually 5–10 days
